3 teachers killed in an armed attack in eastern Kenya


3 teachers were killed in Kenya, as a result of an armed attack they suffered in an area close to the Somali border.

According to news reported by the Kenyan media, the armed attack took place in the eastern city of Garissa.

The media reported that the terrorist youth movement carried out the attack, which killed 3 teachers and kidnapped another.

In a statement to reporters, a Kenyan police official said that the security forces were chasing the perpetrators of the attack, who set fire to a police station after the teachers were killed.

Last week, Kenya witnessed a similar armed attack, which killed 4 civilians.
