6 civilians killed in Taliban armed attack in northern Afghanistan

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — 6 civilians were killed and two others wounded, on Sunday, in an armed attack by Taliban militants in Faryab, northern Afghanistan.

“Taliban militants launched an armed attack on a house in the Andhuy district of the state,” said Wali Faryab, Captain of God Fayek, in press statements.

Fayek added that the attack killed 6 civilians, including children, and wounded two others.

On the other hand, the Taliban denied, in a statement, their responsibility for the attack.
