Afghanistan: Two people were killed in two bombings in Mazar-i-Sharif


On Tuesday, two people were killed in two successive explosions in Mazar-i-Sharif in Balkh province, in northern Afghanistan.

This was stated by a spokesman for the Security Directorate of Balkh Province, Adel Shah Adel, in a statement to Anatolia correspondent.

Adel explained that two bombs planted near a road in the city of Mazar-i-Sharif exploded in succession.

He added that the two explosions killed two people and wounded 9 others.

So far, no one has claimed responsibility for the bombings.
