Al-Nusra militants do not let civilians out of Idlib

UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON (OBSERVATORY) — The militants of the Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist group do not release civilians from their territories in the Syrian province of Idlib, SAR state television broadcasts.

According to the channel, the Abu-Duhur humanitarian corridor in the area of ​​the village of the same name is ready to receive residents who have left the territories controlled by militants.

“There is information that the Jabhat al-Nusra militants do not allow several vehicles to take people out of Idlib, they fired on these vehicles,” the Ikhbariya correspondent reports.

The channel clarifies that while along the corridor none of the civilians left Idlib.

On August 31, the Syrian government army unilaterally halted hostilities in the Idlib de-escalation zone.
