UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) – The number of victims of the attack of armed people on the village of Gwaska in the Birnin Gwari district in Nigeria increased to 45, according to the local edition of the Premium Eagle. Earlier it was reported about the death of 20 people.
According to the publication, about 500 local residents help to search for the bodies of those killed in the village. According to them, the exact number of victims is not yet known and may increase.
As it was previously reported, armed people arrived in Gwaska from a neighboring village about 10 minutes drive on Saturday at about 2.30 pm and made a massacre.
Bandits also burned several houses, because of which several people, including women and children, were left without a roof over their heads.
