UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) – A US-led coalition-led air strike killed an entire family in the Syrian province of Hassake, SANA reports.
Eight civilians were killed in a strike in the international coalition under US command in the province of Hasaka, north-eastern Syria, reports the agency SANA.
“The international coalition has carried out a new killing that caused the death of eight members of the same family in the village of Dib Haddadj, in the southeastern province of Hassake,” the media quoted a local source as saying.
Lelva al-Abdallah, a spokeswoman for the Syrian Democratic Forces, an Arab-Kurdish alliance backed by Washington, told Sputnik earlier that their detachments were moving towards the remaining Daesh strongholds in Hassakeh province.
The operation was supported by the coalition, she said.
