Beer is good for health!

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) – The American Journal of Medical Sciences published the results of a new scientific study, confirming the usefulness of beer to health provided that it is taken at moderate doses.

US scientists point out that the benefit of beer is confirmed by recent scientific studies, and the article in the magazine that “beer characteristics are nutritious and beneficial to health when taken at moderate doses.”

Experiments have shown that eating beer increases the level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), a fatty component under which the blood is purified and improves movement in the arteries. In addition, beer contains protein, B vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

“Beer contains a lot of mineral food in large quantities than wine, which has traditionally been considered a good beverage.”

Experts also stress the need to consume limited quantities of alcoholic beverages, including beer. It is recommended that the amount of beer consumed by men should not exceed a pint and women about a quarter liters a day.
