Bombing in Kirkuk: one killed, 11 wounded

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) –¬†An Iraqi security source reported the explosion of a car bomb in the city of Kirkuk during the passage of a convoy candidate for the Iraqi parliamentary elections, killing a civilian and wounding 11 others.

According to the security source, the explosion occurred in the neighborhood of green in the center of the city of Kirkuk, in northern Baghdad, and wounded three of the protection of the procession of the candidate for the front, “Turkmen Kirkuk” Ammar Hidayat Kahih.

No one has claimed responsibility for the bombing.

A week ago, four people were killed and seven others were injured, including a candidate for elections following the targeting of a partisan headquarters in the town of Hit in Anbar province in the west of the country by a suicide bomber with an explosive belt.
