Coalition military base in Iraq was subjected to repeated shelling

US, WASHINGTON (NEWS OBSERVATORY) — Taji’s military base in northern Baghdad, where US and British troops are stationed, was again fired by rockets several days after several foreign troops were killed there after a similar bombardment, Al Jazeera reported on Saturday, citing sources in Iraq security forces.

According to the channel, ten Katyusha-class rockets were fired at the base.

Information about the dead or wounded during the shelling has not yet been reported.

Earlier it was reported that three coalition troops led by the United States were killed, another 12 people were injured on Wednesday during a rocket attack on the Taj camp in Iraq.

According to the coalition, a total of 18 Katyusha missiles (rockets) were fired at the base. The homemade launcher was on a truck a few kilometers from the base.
