Column of US military went from Iraq to Syria

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — An American transport convoy from northern Iraq entered Syria, the military must complete the evacuation of US troops, the agency SANA reported.

The convoy of vehicles is accompanied by American military vehicles. Now cars are driving towards the border town of Kamyshly to complete the evacuation of US troops from the region.

Before that, the head of the Pentagon, Mark Esper, said that the United States plans to deploy about a thousand American troops from northeast Syria to western Iraq in order to continue the fight against the IS terrorist group.

On Wednesday, US-led coalition forces left the cities of Raqqa and Tabka in northeastern Syria.
