Daesh bombing in the south of Damascus leaves dead and wounded

SYRIA (OBSERVATORY) – A person was killed and nine others were wounded in a bombardment of al-Tadamon neighborhood south of the capital Damascus, a security source said on Sunday.

According to the Syrian News Agency, on Sunday, a civilian was killed and nine others were injured by a number of shells fired by the Daesh organization and fell on houses in the neighborhood of solidarity in Damascus.

A source in the Damascus police headquarters said that the armed groups deployed in the camp Yarmouk fired on Sunday afternoon 7 mortar shells “landed” on houses in the neighborhood associations in the area of ​​solidarity.

On Friday, four civilians were wounded, including two children, in a separate incident. Four shells were fired by the “Daqash” organization on the outskirts of al-Batikhah roundabout in the outskirts of Yarmouk refugee camp in Damascus.

In Yarmouk camp, armed groups affiliated with the Daesh organization encamp in civilian houses and attack the neighborhoods surrounding the camp with mortars and rocket-propelled grenades.

In the city of Homs , on Sunday, a woman and a girl were injured as a result of the attack by armed groups with a rocket-propelled grenade on the neighborhood of Abbasiyah.

Sana reported that the armed elements deployed in a number of villages and towns in the northern countryside targeted a rocket-propelled grenade in the houses of Abbasiya in the city of Homs, causing injury to a woman and a girl and causing material damage to public and private property.

In response to the attack, a unit of the Syrian army fired shots at the direction of the sources of the missiles, which resulted in the destruction of a missile launcher and causing the casualties of the militants.

It should be noted that armed groups belonging to the organization “Front of the Fatah al-Sham” (Nusra Front previously) spread in a number of villages and towns of northern Homs.
