Details about the chief physician who died of coronavirus

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — In Wuhan, the head physician of a temporary hospital built to fight the COVID-19 coronavirus died. The Chinese authorities have confirmed this information. This was the first death of the head of a medical institution in the PRC from a coronavirus.

Liu Zhiming was 51 years old, he was born in 1969 in Hubei province, in 1991 he graduated from the medical faculty of Wuhan University, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of head injuries.

Earlier, a doctor died of coronavirus, who was the first to report an outbreak of a new disease in Wuhan. February 14, it became known about the death of a nurse in the Wuhan hospital “Wuchang.” Liu Fan passed away at the age of 59.
