Deutsche Bank suspended all transactions with Iran on July 1

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) –¬†German bank Deutsche Bank said on Friday it would suspend its financial dealings with Iran in July, following US President Donald Trump’s decision to withdraw from Iran’s nuclear deal, which has sparked uncertainty about business with the Islamic Republic.

“We will fully suspend our dealings with foreign payments linked to Iran from July 1,” the Frankfurt-based bank said.
