Google’s secret cheap smartphone revealed on video

US, WASHINGTON (NEWS OBSERVATORY) — The authors of the Spanish-language YouTube channel TecnoLike Plus posted the first video review of the future Google smartphone. Pixel 4a (most likely, a pre-production sample) was declassified long before the announcement – its official presentation is expected only in May.

Bloggers have revealed all the basic specifications of the “pixelphone”: it will be equipped with a 5.81-inch screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 60 Hz scan, a mid-range Snapdragon 730 processor, one main camera with 12 megapixels (with the ability to record 4K video and electronic image stabilization) and 8 MP front

Also, the Pixel 4a is equipped with a 3.5 mm audio input for connecting headphones and a 3080 mAh battery. Two SIM cards are supported, one of which is probably electronic eSIM. For charging, use the USB-C port at the bottom.

There will be a novelty, most likely, in a single version – with 6 gigabytes of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory. For comparison, the Pixel 3a, released in May last year, was equipped with 4/64 GB. In the United States, it could be bought for $ 400, or about 28 thousand rubles.

Judging by the video, Android 10 is installed on the pre-release version with a beta version of the security patch kit dated April 5. Pixel 4a is expected to be unveiled in May at the Google I / O Conference.
