Greek police intervene with tear gas and shock bombs at migrants

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — Greek security forces intervened with tear gas and shock bombs against irregular migrants continuing to wait in the buffer zone between the Turkish and Greek border crossings.

A group of migrants attempting to reach Europe in the afternoon entered the buffer zone between Turkey and Greece.

After that, Greece has surrounded about 100 irregular migrants who were waiting here by buses and vehicles.

Greek police fired tear gas and shock bombs at irregular migrants who had set fire to heat.

Some of the migrants fled to forest areas while some could not hold back tears.
