UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — The head of Iran’s civil aviation authority said on Wednesday that Iran would not hand over the black box of the Ukrainian plane that crashed on its soil earlier on Wednesday to Boeing, the aircraft maker.
The semi-official Mehr News Agency quoted Ali Abedzadeh as saying that the country to which Iran will send the fund has not yet been determined until its data is analyzed.
