Israel claims to strike at Islamic Jihad in Syria

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) – The Israeli army said it attacked the positions of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group in Syria and the Gaza Strip.

The Syrian government agency SANA previously reported that air defense calculations reflected attacks in the sky over Damascus.

“We have just hit Islamic terrorist targets in Syria and Gaza in response to missiles launched by Israeli civilians today,” a statement said on Twitter.
