Israel football team coach quarantined

US, WASHINGTON (NEWS OBSERVATORY) — The head coach of the Israeli national football team Andreas Herzog will have a two-week quarantine. Also, his assistants will be quarantined.

The Israeli Ministry of Health is taking tough measures to combat the coronavirus. Persons arriving from abroad are subject to two-week quarantine. Andreas Herzog, head coach of the national team, and all the members of the Israeli delegation who visited Amsterdam at the draw of the League of Nations, got on this list.

Former midfielder of the “Bremen”, “Bavaria” and the Austrian national team Andreas Herzog led the Israeli team in 2018. Under his leadership, the team held four matches, two of which won and two lost.
