Israel targets air strikes in the Gaza Strip

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — RT correspondent in Gaza reported that the Israeli air forces launched, tonight, air strikes targeting locations belonging to Palestinian factions in the city of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

The reporter stated that an air strike targeted the Fajr site of the “Al-Quds Brigades”, the armed wing of the “Islamic Jihad” movement, at the junction of the mills, in addition to another site northwest of the city.

Israeli aircraft also targeted the cavalry site of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, in the Ma`a area east of the city itself.

Our correspondent spoke about the active movement of Israeli warplanes in the airspace of Gaza, indicating that the Palestinian factions began to evacuate all the sites broadly and quickly.

The correspondent said that the raids came after the launch of explosive balloons from inside Gaza, pointing out that no missile was fired from inside the strip tonight.
