ISRAEL (OBSERVATORY) – Israel will respond to Syria if the country uses anti-aircraft missile systems S-300 against its aircraft. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Defense of Israel Avigdor Lieberman.
He believes that the weapons that Syria can get from Russia should not be used against Israel.
“If they are involved against us, we will act against them,” Tiber reports quoting Lieberman.
According to him, the presence of air defense systems does not limit the operation of the Israeli Air Force in Syria.
He also noted the coordinated coordination of Israeli military with Russian counterparts in order to avoid “conflict situations”.
Earlier, the media reported on the plans of the Russian Federation to transfer to Syria the S-300 missile systems.
The decision on deliveries accelerated the missile attack that the United States, Great Britain and France inflicted on government SAR facilities on the night of April 14.
