Israeli army attacks West Bank

UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON (OBSERVATORY) — The Israeli army has been on alert along the Gaza border.

The Israeli army has been on alert this Friday, September 13, all along the border with the Gaza Strip, for fear of reprisal attacks by the Palestinian Resistance.

The Israeli military had already been on alert along the southern borders.

The Palestinian resistance has recently threatened the Israeli regime, in a statement, following the hostile remarks by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu against the West Bank.

In addition, the Israeli military raided various areas of the West Bank. Intense clashes erupted between soldiers and Palestinians.

According to eyewitnesses, many Palestinian civilians were arrested by the Israeli military.

On Thursday, 12 September, an Israeli drone fired a rocket at a Palestinian Resistance site in Beit Lahia. The site was unoccupied, Israel multiplying show attacks and not daring to trigger a massive ballistic response of the Resistance.

In the wake, the agencies report Palestinian missile fire against settlements in southern Israel, where Tuesday night Netanyahu and his rival were taken aback by two Palestinian rockets that should lose thousands of votes.

Last Saturday, a Palestinian drone carried out a successful operation against an Israeli armored vehicle in full occupied territory before returning to its base in Gaza. In the West Bank, which Netanyahu promised to annex on Wednesday at the risk of causing an uproar, Israel must expect a proliferation of anti-Israeli attacks.
