Kabul suicide attacks killed 23, wounded 27: authorities

AFGHANISTAN (OBSERVATORY) – The death toll in the two explosions in Kabul on Monday morning increased to 23, another 27 were injured, the 1TV television channel reported citing the country’s health ministry.

Earlier it was reported that seven people were the victims of the explosions, 20 were injured.
