Khamenei Advisor quarantined in Iran because of coronavirus

US, WASHINGTON (NEWS OBSERVATORY) — Iran’s supreme leader’s adviser Ali Akbar Velayati is quarantined due to symptoms of coronavirus, the state-owned television and radio company IRIB said.

According to her, Velayati, placed in home quarantine, feels fine, his condition is improving.
No further details are provided.

He also runs the Tehran Masih Daneshvari Hospital.
