Kim Jong-un is ready to present a plan for the denuclearization of North Korea

NORTH KOREA (OBSERVATORY) – DPRK leader Kim Jong Un at the upcoming US-North Korean summit is ready to present a plan for denuclearization of North Korea, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said.

The diplomat in an interview with ABC reported that during his meeting with Kim Jong-un in Pyongyang, where the agreement was reached on the summit, the DPRK leader “agreed that he is ready to submit a plan that will help us achieve the goal.”

Pompeo confirmed that, for this purpose, the United States is considering the full, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization of North Korea.

Earlier, US President Donald Trump said that he was ready to participate in the US-North Korean summit in three to four weeks.
