UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON (OBSERVATORY) — The Kremlin said on Tuesday it had not received a formal request from either side for Moscow to mediate between Saudi Arabia and Iran in the wake of the attack on two Saudi oil facilities.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters by telephone that Moscow had not received any new information about the attack that could lead to any final results.
“We do not favor any kind of accusation or hasty conclusions about who was responsible for this attack,” he said.
