May was called to disclose the legal grounds for a blow to Syria

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) –┬áLeader of the opposition Labor Party Jeremy Corbyn called on British Prime Minister Theresa May to disclose the legal grounds for the air strike in Damascus.

The politician pointed out that such actions, committed outside the legal framework, can induce other countries to do the same, reports Reuters .

On April 13, US President Donald Trump ordered an attack on Syria. On April 14, the United States and the United States and France joined in the series of air strikes against military and civilian infrastructure in Damascus.

Trump’s decision was criticized by some members of the US Congress. The senators called it illegal because it was passed without the approval of the US legislature.
