Microsoft has hit cybercriminals

US, WASHINGTON (NEWS OBSERVATORY) — According to the New York Times, last Tuesday the American corporation Microsoft neutralized the segments – one of the largest cybercriminal networks in the world called Necurs.

According to reports, Necurs infected with malware about 9 million computers around the world in order to bring them under control and use to send spam and blackmail to owners of computer equipment.

The operation, which was prepared for eight years, was carried out by specialists in the fight against digital crime at Microsoft.
