Natural gas futures increased during the US session

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — Natural gas futures rose during the US session on Monday.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for April delivery were trading at $ 1.747 per million BTUs (British thermal units) at the time of writing, up 3.74%.

Earlier, per million BTUs (British thermal units) traded in a bullish dollar session. Natural gas was likely to find support at $ 1.642 and resistance at $ 1.880.

The Futures US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback against six other major currencies, fell 0.89% to trade at 97.207 dollars.

Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for delivery in April rose 4.89% and was trading at $ 46.95 a barrel while Fuel for delivery in April rose 3.13% to trade in $ 1.5235 per gallon.
