Experts believe that refined flour should be abandoned in favor of whole grains.
In addition, nutritionists recommend not eating sausages – they are half composed of additives, starch and other substances.
Also, experts advise to abandon skim dairy products. They cite the results of a study by Harvard University scientist David Ludwig, according to which milk and dairy products with low fat content, as a rule, contain sugar and are much less nutritious.
