Two cases of coronavirus infection recorded in Pakistan

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY BREAKING NEWS) — Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Pakistan on Health Zafar Mirza confirmed two cases of coronavirus infection in Karachi, the capital of Sindh province.

“I can confirm the first two cases of coronavirus infection in Pakistan,” said the head of the Pakistan Ministry of Health. “Both patients receive the necessary treatment in accordance with existing standards and protocols,” he commented. “Both are in a stable state.” “There is no reason to panic, the situation is under control,” Mirza said.

Earlier, a spokeswoman for the Minister of Health and Social Development of the province of Sind Meran Yusuf announced the first case of coronavirus infection. According to Yusuf, the twenty-two-year-old young man who arrived from Iran was the first to become ill.

“After a medical examination, the patient and all members of his family were quarantined, at present, all those who flew with him on the same plane are being taken tests,” the spokeswoman said.
