PALESTINE (OBSERVATORY) – The Palestinian, who was previously injured in clashes with the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip, died, a spokesman for the health ministry of the enclave Ashraf al-Qedra said.
“A 23-year-old Palestinian, injured in clashes with the Israeli army last Friday, died in the Raffah hospital tonight,” al-Qedra said.
In addition, according to al-Kedra, another Palestinian died as a result of an accidental explosion in the central part of the enclave.
The Israeli military explains the use of firearms against the most active participants in the riots by the need to protect the state border. They reject allegations of excessive force and calls for an international investigation into the bloodshed.
