ran summons the Swiss ambassador again for his response to an American message

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — Tehran summoned the Swiss ambassador for the second time on Friday to deliver its response to an American message, hours after a message from the United States was sent to Iran by a Swiss diplomat in connection with the killing of commander Qassem Soleimani, Iranian media reported.

Abbas Mousavi, a spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, told the Islamic Republic of News Agency that the Swiss ambassador, who takes care of US interests in Iran, had been summoned to the Foreign Ministry to receive the “appropriate” response from Tehran. The spokesman gave no further details.
