Russian army aircraft conducted air patrols in Syria


Russian Army Aviation conducted another air patrol in Syria , said at a briefing the head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of the warring parties (CPVS) in the SAR Major General Yuri Borenkov.

According to him, the efforts of Russia continue to implement the provisions of the Russian-Turkish memorandum of understanding.

“The army forces conducted air patrol along the route: Metras airfield – Schweikhan – Ain-Isa – Bir-Shmandur – Mishraka – Ain-Isa – Schweikhan – Metras airfield,” Borenkov said.

In addition, Russian military police continue to patrol the Syrian-Turkish border on several routes in the provinces of Aleppo, Hasek and Rakka.
