Scientists called cancer-causing foods

UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON (OBSERVATORY) — Scientists conducted research and found out which products can lead to the development of cancer, reports MedicalXpress.

According to experts, drinking even a small amount of juice or soda per day can be harmful. It is clarified that the use of 100 ml of these drinks every day increases the risk of cancer by 18%, and the risk of breast cancer – by 22%. The same statistics are relevant for freshly squeezed juices.

It also turned out that people who consume up to 76 grams of red meat per day increase the risk of oncology by 20%.

Alcohol consumption also increases the likelihood of developing cancer by 8%.

It turned out to be dangerous vegetable oil for frying and deep-frying, which affects the development of inflammatory bowel diseases and provokes colon cancer. Experts advise using the oil fresh and cold.
