UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) – A surveillance camera was taken by Arizona police officers who severely beat an unarmed person after being confined to a corner of a building.
The video shows the defenseless man talking on the phone, before the police exit the elevator door and besiege him and brutally beat him. The police came to the neighborhood after a complaint from a resident about the inconvenience.
The man said he had to visit the doctor after suffering from chest and head pain following the incident. His lawyer insisted on “punishing the police and bringing them to justice after using excessive force.”
The Arizona Police Command temporarily suspended the elements involved, pending the completion of the necessary legal procedures.
