Spain reported sixth case of infection with coronavirus

SPAIN (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — Another case of infection with a new coronavirus has been identified in Spain. This was announced on Tuesday evening by the press service of the Cabinet.

According to her, the disease was diagnosed in the province of Castellon (autonomous community of Valencia). Thus, a total of six cases of infection were recorded in Spain, two have already recovered.

Due to the increase in the number of cases, the Ministry of Health of Spain recommended that citizens refrain from traveling to Iran, China, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Japan and four regions of Italy.

The outbreak of the disease caused by the new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) was recorded at the end of December 2019 in the most populous city in Central China – the 12 millionth Wuhan.

WHO recognized it as an emergency on an international scale, describing it as an epidemic with many foci. Outside of China, cases of infection were detected in more than 30 countries, including Russia.

The Chinese authorities recorded 2,663 deaths in the country, more than 27.2 thousand people recovered, the number of people infected during the entire spread of the virus exceeded 77.6 thousand.
