The situation around Syria worsened after information about the alleged use by the Syrian government of chemical weapons in the city of the Duma. A number of Western states, including the United States, Germany and France, accused the government of the SAR, headed by Bashar Assad , of being a chemist .
Russia, in turn, denied the use of chemical weapons in the Duma. The Center for Reconciliation of the parties indicated that information about the attack was spread by accomplices of terrorists – the non-governmental organization White Helmets. Photo and video materials, which allegedly confirm the use of chemical weapons, are fake . The purpose of the organization is to disrupt the truce.
