Syrian rebels accidentally poisoned with their own chemical weapons

US, WASHINGTON (NEWS OBSERVATORY) — Terrorists who were planning a chemical attack in the Syrian province of Idlib accidentally shot one of the cans of poison and poisoned themselves, reports the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the warring parties.

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Erdogan announced the destruction of an airstrip in Syria, next to which were chemical weapons workshops. In addition, the Turkish military blew up seven chemical stores.

Recall that provocations using chemical weapons in Syria are not uncommon. The most famous is the attack in the city of Duma, which was allegedly organized by the Syrian military.

Russian specialists from the Russian Chemical Forces Army then carefully studied the site of the possible use of toxic substances. However, no evidence of the use of chemical weapons was found.
