Trump complained that he was not given the Nobel Prize

UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON (OBSERVATORY) — US President Donald Trump complained that he was not given the Nobel Prize.

“I would have received the Nobel Prize for many different things, if they had given it honestly, but they don’t do it,” Trump told reporters at a meeting with Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Trump recalled that his predecessor, Barack Obama, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009.

“They gave the prize to Obama immediately after he took office, and he himself could not understand why he received it. And you know what? This is the only thing I agree with him,” Trump said.

Obama received an award wording “for efforts to strengthen international diplomacy.”
