Trump says he is not ready to visit North Korea

UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON (OBSERVATORY) — US President Donald Trump on Monday declined to say whether North Korean leader Kim Jong-un invited him to meet in a new letter but said he was not yet ready to visit North Korea.

Trump made the remarks to reporters after a South Korean newspaper, citing diplomatic sources, said Kim invited Trump to visit Pyongyang in a letter he sent in August amid stalled nuclear talks.
