Trump says Iran coordinating attack on US embassy in Baghdad

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that Iran was “coordinating” an attack on the Washington embassy in Iraq and would be held responsible.

“Iran has killed an American contractor and wounded many,” Trump wrote on Twitter.

“We have responded vigorously and will always do so. Now Iran is coordinating an attack on the US embassy in Iraq. We hold them fully responsible. In addition, we expect Iraq to use its forces to protect the embassy.”
