Turkish military came under fire in Idlib

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY NEWS) — Turkish Armed Forces came under fire in the Syrian province of Idlib, nine soldiers were killed. This was announced on Thursday by the governor of the Turkish province of Hatay Rahmi Dogan adjacent to the Syrian border.

“In Idlib, an airstrike was fired on our military by supporters of the regime [Syrian President Bashar al-Assad]. Nine of our soldiers were killed in the attack,” NTV television quoted him as saying

On Thursday, negotiations between Russian and Turkish officials on the situation in Idlib took place in Ankara.
