UNITED NATIONS (OBSERVATORY) – UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said that the world is in a state of cold war. He said this during a meeting of the UN Security Council in New York.
According to him, the mechanisms and precautions that the world community has used for a long time have exhausted themselves.
“We see a variety of split lines Firstly, it is the memory of the cold war, but to be precise, it’s more than just a memory of the Cold War is back…” Guterres said.
According to him, the most dangerous situation at the moment has arisen in the Middle East.
