UN Security Council did not support Russia’s resolution on Syria

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) –┬áThe UN Security Council did not adopt at the meeting a Russian draft resolution calling for an end to the aggression against Syria.

The document was supported by Russia, China and Bolivia, eight states opposed, and four more delegations abstained.

Earlier it was reported that the Russian draft resolution condemned the missile attack of the United States and its allies on Syria and required to refrain from further use of force.
