UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) – 65 328 civilians have already returned to East Ghouta, Major-General Yury Yevtushenko, the head of the Russian Center for reconciliation of warring parties in Syria, said.
“Thanks to the all-round support of the Russian side and the government of Syria, 65,328 residents of East Ghouta returned to their homes from refugee camps and temporarily displaced persons,” Yevtushenko said.
