US passenger plane makes emergency landing with engine damage: reports

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) – A Southwest Airlines flight from New York to Dallas was forced to make an emergency landing in Philadelphia.

The flight was sent from New York to Dulles (Texas), but urgently boarded in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania). According to media reports, the decision to plant was made because of “problems with one of the aircraft engines.”

As reported by the TV channel referring to the father of one of the passengers, the engine fragments got inside the passenger compartment, hurt and wounded one of the passengers of the flight.
