US prohibits entry from Britain and Ireland

US, WASHINGTON (NEWS OBSERVATORY) — The administration of US President Donald Trump has accepted permission to ban entry into the country from the UK and Ireland. US citizens can still return home. The ban takes effect on March 16th.

Earlier, the same decision was made in respect of 20 countries of the Eurozone.

At the same time, the government is considering restricting travel within the country, RIA Novosti reports .

In addition, a law was signed that tests for coronavirus in the United States will be free for all Americans, said Vice President Mike Pence.

Earlier it was reported that American leader Donald Trump passed the coronavirus test. The head of state’s temperature is normal.

In the United States, 50 people have already died from coronavirus. Big casualties can be avoided thanks to timely measures.
