UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON (OBSERVATORY VIDEO) — A Turkish military source has told Al Jazeera a deal has been reached to allow up to 1,000 Kurdish SDF fighters to leave the Syrian border town of Ras al-Ain.
This as US troops cross into Iraq as part of their withdrawal from Syria.
