UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON (OBSERVATORY) — According to the Yemeni news channel, al-Masirah the army and People’s Committees, also known as Ansarullah are still pursuing their operations against Saudi aggressors on various fronts.
“In this context, the Yemeni forces fired on Friday September 13 another ballistic missile on the positions of the Saudi enemy,” the source said.
For example, the Saudi coalition positions on the Hayran front in Hajjah, northern Yemen, were fired on a Zelzal-1 ballistic missile.
According to another dispatch from north-western Yemen, mercenaries affiliated with the Riyadh regime have launched violent attacks on Yemeni forces in Hajjah province in recent days.
Supported by significant air support from the Saudi air force, the mercenaries launched more specific attacks against Yemeni forces on the north, south and southwest axes of Harad district in Hajjah.
News sources also report that Saudi mercenaries seized the Hijawara area after heavy fighting on the south-west axis of Harad.
According to sources deployed on the ground, dozens of mercenaries of different nationalities, including Sudanese, allegedly participated in the operation that led to the occupation of the Hijawara area southwest of the strategic city.
Yemeni forces deployed in the eastern suburbs of Hijawara region are ambushing, counter-attacking and creating explosive traps to stem the enemy’s progress on this axis.
The pro-Riyad mercenaries first try to take control of the city of Harad to enter the province of Hajjah and then secure the southern borders of the province of Jizan.
According to another dispatch from North Harad (south of Tawal border post), an attempt by the mercenaries who planned to advance in the al-Malahit district was neutralized by the Yemeni Resistance.
The al-Malahit area is south of the Al-Tuwal border crossing point and the Yemeni armed forces intend to drive out the Saudis completely.
Dozens of Saudi mercenaries were killed and wounded in the clashes. Despite heavy Saudi air strikes, Yemeni fighters have not turned back and they stand up valiantly.
According to reports from the Ahem Triangle in Hajjah Province, the army and Ansarullah repelled an attack by mercenaries attempting to infiltrate the southern Rid of that city.
Artillery and missile units of the Yemeni forces attacked the mercenary strongholds in the Harad suburbs before inflicting heavy damage.
Currently, the Saudis control about 12% of the province of Hajjah, including the southern desert and also a large part of the regions of Heatran and Tawal. That said, 90 percent of the province of Hajjah is under the control of Yemeni forces.
Hajjah province is located in northwestern Yemen, west of the Red Sea and north of Jizan province in Saudi Arabia where Riyadh is losing ground day by day. From the northern and eastern axes, Hajjah is respectively in the vicinity of the provinces of Hudaydah and Amran.
