‘Santa Claus’ lost his job due to accusations of sexism

UNITED STATES (OBSERVATORY) — In the Australian Auckland, the Christmas parade organizers suddenly refused the services of a man who played the part of Santa Claus for five years.

According to the Daily Mail, the reason for this decision was “manifestations of sexism” by Neville Baker, who also runs Mr Santa.

The man said that he would not hire a woman for the role of Santa, which provoked a reaction from the organizers.

In this case, the people of Auckland are perplexed because of the removal of the actor. Many agree with the inadmissibility of sexist sayings, but emphasize that it would be strange to see a woman in the role of “Father of Christmas.”

In addition, citizens called for a boycott of the parade because of the decision of the organizers.
